Year 3 made some special tree decorations that were carefully wrapped and then we asked Catherine Jones, from the SVP, to deliver them to people in our community who might need a special treat this Christmas.
The children have been thinking about the true meaning of gifts in RE and how this year, more than ever, a hug and kind word are probably the best gifts that can be given. We thought about who might need a ‘hug’ and put a little hug in with our tree decoration. We are certain that they will be well received.
