Year 6 have created some fantastic artwork today, based around our topic ‘The Island’. After analysing ‘The Great Wave Off Kanagawa’, a famous print by the artist Hokusai, children explored warm and cold tones. Here is a sample of William’s work. He has created different water-coloured backgrounds, using different techniques and created waves, using different media.
