We have been reading the story 'Call of Samuel'. We have learned that God calls us in different ways and that it is important to respond to God's call. We also discovered that God does not choose people for the same reason as we might. He looks at the heart and not the outer appearance.
We finished the lesson 'hot seating' Samuel to discover how he might have felt to be chosen.
