On Thursday, Year 5 went on an expedition to the Antarctic - just like Robert Scott and his team.
We experienced the cold and imagined how they would have felt at certain stages of their expedition to the South Pole. We huddled up in our tents, kept warm in our sleeping bags and then did some research using different sources including diaries and photographs. This will be a great stimulus for our writing over the coming weeks.
