Reception class have been super-heroes for the day whilst Year 2 have been looking at different fairy tale characters.
In Reception we have focused on “Superhero Books” so we had to answer questions linked to the stories to gain our own Superhero masks. Masks then gave the children superpowers of their own choice which included becoming invisible, super strength, hearing, jumping , etc
In Year 2 we did some maths work linked to our current statistics work. We counted and tallied different fairy tale characters and compared how many of each. We also designed our own book mark, recommended books to each other and found fairy tale characters in a word search.
