Year 5 have had an excellent doing various bushcraft activities.
Our day was built around making our own bread. This meant we had to mix the ingredients, whittle our sticks, make our own fires (using a flint and steel) and finally baking our bread in the fire. All of the children had an amazing day and our bushcraft guide, John, was very impressed with their behaviour and manners.
