To celebrate Black History month the whole school have been looking at artwork by Alma Thomas.
This week Year 5 have created their own artwork inspired by her famous abstract style. We were also touched by her quote which said, "Through colour, I have sought to concentrate on beauty and happiness, rather than on man’s inhumanity to man.”
