We have been learning about changing states and have investigated how chocolate melts into a liquid when heated and turns back into a solid when cooled.
Water is amazing! We have observed how ice is a solid but when it is heated it becomes a liquid and when boiled it evaporates into a gas called water vapour. We have learnt that if we cool the water vapour, it condenses into a liquid and if we cool it further it freezes and returns to being solid. Great observations children!
