This half term in DT we have been looking at bridges - especially Tower Bridge in London and the bridges in Penwortham. Today the children were set the task of making their own bridges using items/materials found in the classroom. The bridges they made had to hold six toy cars. They all gave it a really good try and we have lots of ideas on how to make our bridges better next week.
