In computing we are learning how to create animations. We have made mini flick books to understand how movement is made up of a series of still 'frames'.
We are learning how to use iMotion to 'capture the frames'. We have learnt that the technique of 'onion-skinning' helps us to make slight adjustments to the original image and this will create movement over a series of frames.
Everyone in class enjoyed the challenge and showed their creative side. It was fun, we very quickly learnt how to improve on the quality of our animations. Over the next couple of weeks, we will be developing a mini animation with a more detailed storyline. Have a look on the class pages for some photos, but some of our animations will be arriving soon.
