The children have been exploring the poem Tyger by William Blake
During our Literacy lesson today the children were tasked with finding as many words or phrases that they could to describe tigers. They worked in groups and came up with some amazing vocabulary. Following this collaboration work, they then worked independently to identify words that would describe a tiger's appearance, movement, danger and their opinions. This will help them create their own poem about a tiger.
The children would also like to wish you all a happy Easter.
