The children's science skills were in full bloom this week!
This week in science, the children thoroughly enjoyed exploring the life cycle of flowering plants as part of our topic on life cycles. A real highlight was dissecting a daffodil to investigate its different parts up close. The class showed great curiosity and care as they identified the petals, sepals, stamen, and anther, linking what they saw to their learning about how plants reproduce.
It was a fantastic hands-on session that sparked lots of thoughtful questions and deepened their understanding of plant life cycles.
