Celebrating 400 years of Hoghton Tower

Year 3 had special visitors today from Hoghton Tower. Two of the staff from the Tower came dressed in Tudor costumes and taught the children about when King James came to stay and rode his horse up the stairs. They also learned about how the sirloin was knighted.
