Year 5 and 6 team do well at Priory Competition
A big well done to the Athletics team who narrowly missed out on a top 4 position at the regional Sportshall Athletics Competition held at Penwortham Priory Academy. The team, made up of 10 boys and 10 girls from Year’s 5 & 6, showed genuine talent across a range of events. Behaviour, attitude and conduct were first class throughout. A special mention goes to Austin Ainsworth who stepped in to cover for Isaac Whittle who failed a last-minute fitness test! A superb performance by the whole team – we are proud of you all.
