Year 5 thanked Vincent (a representative from the SVP) for their trip to Castlerigg earlier this term.
Year 5 had a wonderful experience in September on retreat at Castlerigg Manor. This retreat was paid for by the SVP as a way for the children to continue their faith journey following on from receiving the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion in Year 4.
All the children had a fantastic time at Castlerigg and were commended for their thoughtful answers and wonderful attitudes. They presented a booklet of photos and memories to Vincent for the SVP to look at before returning to school.
