Application deadline is Monday 15th January
Monday is the deadline for applying to our school for a place in Reception in September this year. Please remind anyone you know who intends to apply.
1. Apply online at LCC before 15th January 2018 at http://www.lancashire.gov.uk/children-education-families/schools/apply-for-a-school-place/apply-for-a-primary-school-place.aspx?page=5
2. Fill in the Supplementary Form for school and hand in at school. If your child has been baptised you need to bring in proof of baptism for us to copy. (Certificate or a candle).
