St Mary Magdalen's Catholic Primary School

Well done to the girls football team for representing the school at the South Ribble Football Tournament last night. All of the girls didn’t allow the shocking weather to dampen their spirits. They showed all the attributes that make us feel so proud - excellent behaviour, super sportsmanship, a never-say-die attitude, fantastic teamwork and plenty of smiles. This was the first time that we have entered a girls team into this tournament and it was great to see such talent and enthusiasm on show. It was a pleasure to manage you on the night and I would also like to say a big thank you to the parents who helped and supported the team in such testing conditions.
