Thank you to everyone who kindly sent cakes into school this morning for our annual MacMillan Coffee Morning (but in the afternoon...) and thanks to everyone who managed to come along and support this wonderful charity.
Mrs Swanson, Mrs Pickup and a host of staff and volunteers laid on a wonderful event this afternoon that was extremely well supported by parents and grandparents. Thank you, once again, for your generosity which has raised in excess of £1100.00 for MacMillan Cancer Support. The children have been playing games for the past week and the winners of these games will be announced tomorrow. The raffle was drawn after the event and winners will be contacted over the next few days. Thanks to the Heads and Deputy Heads from Year 6 for warmly welcoming everyone and and to Year 5 pupils who ensured that things ran smoothly in the school hall.
