    In September year 3 planted lots and lots of daffodils. They looked so beautiful today.

    This afternoon, the children are looking at various non-chronological reports about 'The Blitz' and gathering information.

    After reading how disgusting the disgusting sandwich got in today's story we lput together instructions on gow we could make a sandwich. The children did a great job of making thiet own.

    Look how brave our budding climbers are, continuing on from last week the children used the larger climbing equipment. Our story involved counting and recognising numbers, we had a good try at recognising numbers and ordering them.

    We got to use the school computer suite this week, the children used a mouse to explore Poisson rouge, a software programme we use in school. Next week is half term. See you all Monday 24th February.

    Year 5 have been learning to sing 'Make you feel my love' by Adele
  • Year 5 RE
    In today's RE lesson the children shared their memories.
  • Preschool
    We explored the garden looking for dinosaurs, we took our dinosaur eggs pictures and coloured them in. The children also worked together to build a giant alphabet puzzle. 
  • Year 4 environmental guardians
    The children have staryed work on their prayer staones which we will eventually fix into to floor in our new prayer space. They also make wooden decorations which we will use as a back drop to the space.
  • Brockholes eco day.
    Two of our pupils have had a fantastic time learning all about our enrivronment at Brockholes nature reserve.
