  This week we have been experimenting changes of materials.

  We had great fun this week looking at The Gruffalo, the children wore masks and cut out characters from the story to stick on our group picture of the eep dark wood, we also balanced our way through yhe deep dark wood, which was very tricky.

  The children had a lovely time this morning contemplating their faith, followed by a fantastic walk to Derwent water.

  Year five have all arrived, sat in the beautiful keswick sunshine.
• Y2 local walk
  We saw the old workhouse and where the train and tram bridges used to be. We saw different styles of houses and date stones. People used to pay a penny to catch a boat across the River. Penwortham Holme used to be a horse racing track surrounded by water.
• Castlerigg
  This afternoon the children have had a great time making boats
• Environmental guardians.
  So.much work was done over the weekend, the garden is now looking great, the children finished putting fence up and diggingnour the benches which we are moving.
• Father Roy visits Year 1
  Father Roy is our class Governor and he came to visit the children in class on Thursday.
